Version 3, (2020) now with a charcoal plate between the body and the cooking grate (or skewers),
This allows an increased longevity of the barbecue (the bottom of the tank is no longer in contact with the embers),
moreover, it allows to bring a flow of air feeding your embers.
The principle of our chimney barbecue allows you to cook over a wood fire, to make your embers and your coal and above all, the advantage is to be able to continue to make embers without affecting or interrupting the cooking of your grills.
Sulcs BBQ barbecues are designed to last for many years, particularly robust over time, they are entirely made of 3mm thick steel (body, feet and charcoal plate), the cutouts are made by laser. which allows a perfect fit, the cooking plates are cut from 304L stainless steel, also 3 mm thick, for a total weight of around 35 kg in the XL version.
They are particularly robust over time, and are entirely designed and manufactured in France, in the Lyon region more precisely.
The cutting of the body and the cooking plates is carried out in the south of Lyon, the assembly also with the manufacture of the accessories (ember puller and handling pliers for the cooking grids), the special paint is made in the south of France .
